Cristina M. Manuel
Ms. Manuel graduated from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. She went on to pursue her law degree at Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she spent her first year. For her second and third years, she transferred to the University of Illinois College of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 2001. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, Federal Court for the Central District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is currently on inactive status in the states of Indiana and Missouri.
Ms. Manuel is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, is a certified Guardian ad litem (GAL), and has been a speaker at conferences involving children with disabilities and special education.
